We elevate the nose bridge using implant materials such as silicone or Gore-Tex placed beneath the periosteum of the nasal bone, and naturally enhance the nasal tip volume using autologous or allograft cartilage.

Cartilage Reshaping

When the alar cartilage is positioned upward, separating the upper portion of the cartilage and fixing it downward lowers the nasal tip and makes the nose appear longer.

Cartilage Grafting

When the nasal tip cartilage is small and elevated, grafting cartilage between the septum and alar cartilage lowers both the nasal tip and columella.

Cartilage Reshaping + Cartilage Grafting + Augmentation Rhinoplasty

If you wish to further elevate the nose after cartilage reshaping and grafting, augmentation rhinoplasty is performed simultaneously. An implant is placed on the nose bridge and autologous cartilage is inserted at the nasal tip.
