A step-by-step guide to the care you will experience

    • We identify the procedure you have in mind and your areas of concern, and assign a specialist with extensive experience in that field.
    • We check for underlying conditions and any past procedures or surgeries in advance to prepare a safe plan.
    • We inform you of the procedure or surgery plan and the estimated cost.

    Appointment Confirmation

    We coordinate your visit date to fit your preferred schedule.

    • Before your visit, we confirm your appointment details once more by text message or email.
    • Appointment changes and cancellations can also be made through the same channel you used for your consultation.
    • If you are visiting from abroad, we plan your consultation, procedure, and recovery schedule together, taking your length of stay into account.

    Arrival & Check-In

    Upon arrival, a staff member will greet you and assist with check-in.

    • For safe care, we verify your identity with details such as your name and date of birth.
    • Check-in is complete once you review and sign the consent form for the collection and use of personal information.
    • You can wait in a waiting area separate from the consultation and treatment spaces.
    • Interpretation support is available for international clients.

    Specialist Consultation

    A specialist conducts a one-on-one personalized consultation.

    • We listen to your concerns and the look you want, then create a personalized procedure or surgery plan.
    • We explain the purpose, method, expected results, and precautions.
    • We provide the finalized plan and a detailed cost breakdown.

    Procedure & Surgery

    We proceed only after a full explanation and your consent.

    • Before we begin, we go over the purpose, method, and precautions once more and ask you to sign the consent form.
    • All procedures and surgeries are performed by qualified medical staff in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Right after your procedure or surgery, we check your recovery status and guide you through the precautions to follow.

    Recovery & Discharge

    We guide you so you can return to daily life with peace of mind.

    • We confirm that you are able to move about on your own before guiding you home.
    • We explain how to take your prescribed medication, precautions after your procedure or surgery, and what to expect during recovery.
    • We inform you of symptoms that warrant contacting us, your follow-up visit schedule, and emergency contacts for urgent situations.
  7. 07

    Follow-Up Care

    We continue to follow your recovery even after your final visit.

    • We check on your recovery progress by phone, email, or messenger.
    • Your specialist personally reviews your inquiries and advises on additional care when needed.
    • International clients who have returned home can also receive follow-up consultations via messenger.
